START Your THERAPY JOURNEY

START Your THERAPY JOURNEY

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also an act of courage and self-care. I’m here to help guide you through this process with clarity and ease. Here’s what to expect as we begin working together.

How It Works

  1. Book Your First Session: Use the booking screen below to schedule your introductory session. This is a chance for us to meet and explore what brings you here, as well as how I can support you in your journey toward healing and growth.
  2. Complete the Introductory Questionnaire: Once you book your session, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to help me understand your needs, goals, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. Your responses will help me prepare for our first session and ensure that our work together is tailored to you.
  3. Your First Session: During the initial session, we’ll talk through your challenges, your goals, and how we might work together. I’ll share my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you have. By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear sense of what therapy with me looks like.

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy is a creative and collaborative process. I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while weaving in mindfulness practices and elements of self-expression. My work is rooted in helping you connect with your inner strength, navigate challenges with clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person’s path is unique, and together, we’ll develop a rhythm that works for you—whether it’s delving into deep emotional work, cultivating mindfulness, or exploring how creativity can play a role in your healing.

What to Expect

This is a structured, commitment-based approach to therapy. My role is to provide a supportive, focused space for growth, and your role is to show up ready to engage with the process. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it’s incredibly rewarding for those who are ready to do the work.
