This programme gives your recovery a defined arc. Each session builds on the last. You know what is coming, you know why, and you know what you are working toward.

What Is Included

6 Structured Sessions

One 80-minute assessment session, followed by five 50-minute sessions. Each session has a defined focus and builds on the last.

Session Summaries + Homework

After each session, you receive a written summary of what we covered and a structured reflection or practice task to work on before the next one. The work continues between sessions.

DPDR First-Aid Audios

Full access to the DPDR First-Aid audio course -- grounding practices, nervous system regulation, and recovery skills you can use between sessions.

Recovery Roadmap

After session 1, you receive a personalised recovery roadmap -- your DPDR pattern, your treatment arc, and what to expect at each stage.

Audio-Only by Design

All sessions are audio-only -- no camera, no video. This is a deliberate clinical choice, not a limitation. For DPDR specifically, video can amplify the self-monitoring and dissociative checking that keeps the condition alive. Audio-only removes that mirror.

Research supports audio-based therapy as equally effective as face-to-face work. It also means lower screen fatigue, greater privacy, and sessions that work across time zones and low-bandwidth connections. Read the evidence.

Assessment + Formulation(80 min)

Map your specific DPDR pattern -- what triggered it, what maintains it, and what your nervous system learned to do. You leave with a written recovery roadmap.

Breaking the Monitoring Loop(50 min)

The constant checking -- am I real? is this real? -- keeps DPDR alive. This session targets the reassurance-seeking cycle directly.

Nervous System Regulation(50 min)

DPDR is a nervous system state. Learn to regulate the freeze response that keeps you stuck behind the glass.

Working with the Underlying Driver(50 min)

Whether it started with panic, trauma, or chronic stress -- we go to the root cause and work with it directly.

Rebuilding Present-Moment Contact(50 min)

Reconnecting with your body, your senses, and the felt experience of being here. Not mindfulness platitudes -- real techniques that work.

Relapse Prevention + Graduation Plan(50 min)

What to do if symptoms flare. How to recognise early warning signs. A clear plan for maintaining recovery on your own.

This is your intro session. We go deep into your history, your symptoms, and what is keeping the DPDR in place. Mention "Stabilisation Package" in the booking notes.

Receive your recovery roadmap

After the assessment, you receive a personalised roadmap -- your DPDR pattern, your treatment arc, and what each session will target.

Commit to the programme(EUR 875)

If the programme is right for you, you confirm the remaining 5 sessions. We schedule them together based on your availability.

Begin the 6-session arc

Session summaries, homework, and DPDR First-Aid Audios start immediately. Each session builds on the last, following the roadmap we built together.

What if I need more than 6 sessions?

Many clients find that 6 sessions provides a strong foundation. If you want to continue after the programme, you can book individual sessions at the standard rate. The package is designed to give you enough tools to continue recovery independently -- but ongoing support is always available.

Can I do the package online?

Yes. All sessions are audio-only and online. You can be anywhere in the world. Session summaries and homework are emailed to you after each session.

What happens between sessions?

After each session, you receive a written summary and a structured homework task to work on before the next one. You also have full access to the DPDR First-Aid audio course for grounding and regulation practice between sessions.
