How to Start Therapy

  1. Book Your First Session: Use the booking screen below to schedule your introductory therapy session. This gives us the opportunity to meet, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin building a path toward healing and growth.
  2. Complete the Introductory Questionnaire: After your session is booked, I will send you a short questionnaire. Your responses help me understand your needs, challenges, and goals so that we can make the most of your first therapy session.
  3. Your First Session: During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your unique challenges, explore your goals for therapy, and create a plan for working together. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps forward.

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy is a creative and collaborative process. I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while weaving in mindfulness practices and elements of self-expression. My work is rooted in helping you connect with your inner strength, navigate challenges with clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person’s path is unique, and together, we’ll develop a rhythm that works for you—whether it’s delving into deep emotional work, cultivating mindfulness, or exploring how creativity can play a role in your healing.

Session Rates for Therapy

The first session costs €225 for 80 minutes. This longer session allows us to dive deeper into your needs, challenges, and goals. It ensures a strong foundation for our work together. Subsequent sessions cost €150 for 50 minutes.

The additional time in the first session is specifically designed to fully explore your concerns and to create a personalized plan for your therapy journey.
