How to Start Therapy
- Book Your First Session: Use the booking screen below to schedule your introductory therapy session. This gives us the opportunity to meet, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin building a path toward healing and growth.
- Complete the Introductory Questionnaire: After your session is booked, I will send you a short questionnaire. Your responses help me understand your needs, challenges, and goals so that we can make the most of your first therapy session.
- Your First Session: During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your unique challenges, explore your goals for therapy, and create a plan for working together. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps forward.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy is a creative and collaborative process. I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while weaving in mindfulness practices and elements of self-expression. My work is rooted in helping you connect with your inner strength, navigate challenges with clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person’s path is unique, and together, we’ll develop a rhythm that works for you—whether it’s delving into deep emotional work, cultivating mindfulness, or exploring how creativity can play a role in your healing.

Therapy Sessions
The introductory session lasts 80 minutes, offering an extended opportunity to deeply explore your needs, challenges, and goals. This comprehensive first session lays the foundation for our work together and is priced accordingly.
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes, designed to provide focused support for your growth and progress.

Rates
Therapy is an investment in your well-being. Below are the session rates:
- Introductory Session (80 minutes): €195
- Regular Session (50 minutes): €130
The longer introductory session allows us to establish a strong foundation by deeply exploring your needs, challenges, and goals, while regular sessions provide ongoing support for your growth.
